Dulce went missing on September 16th, 2019 at Bridgeton City Park in New Jersey.
Dulce, along with her mother and brother, stopped at the park after visiting a local corner store for ice cream.
Noema Alavez Perez, Dulce's mother, sat in the car with a younger relative and let her 3-year-old-son and Dulce play in the park.
About 10 minutes later, her son came running back to the car, crying, saying that he couldn't find Dulce.
Noema told police that other park goers saw someone approach Dulce and her brother. They threw the sons ice cream on the ground and Dulce ran away, upset.
Authorities believe an unknown man may have lead Dulce to a red van with tinted windows at around 4:20pm.
The man was described as follows:
- Light skinned
- Between 5 foot 6 and 5 foot 8
- Thin built
- No facial hair
- Acne
- Wearing orange sneakers, red pants and a black shirt.
